Andree Martinez

Andree is a Mexican American that was raised in El Paso. Her family is one that is awash in entertainment genes. She grew up in entertainment-related families, including her sister Karla Martinez, who hosts Univision's Despierta America (1997)). When she was a young child her family was constantly surrounded by TV show hosts like Karla Martinez (Host of the Univision show Despierta America! Andrew Martinez, vice president for Safety Security and Business Resiliency is among the largest electric utilities in the US. The vice president is in charge of the business's initiatives and programs focused on worker safety corporate security and business resiliency which are all key priorities for SCE. Martinez provides safety managers throughout SCE's entire organization mentorship professional programs, as well as support in achieving the goals for safety of their specific work groups. Martinez served as director, Safety Training and Compliance at SCE prior to his appointment in this position. Before that, he worked as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In the 30 years he has been with SCE Martinez has held several leadership positions in corrective action and improvement initiatives, including roles at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) which focused on protecting workers and the public from risks.
